Tuesday evening at Salero in the Kempinski, Mall of the Emirates, is a cooking class rather than just dinner. Under the guidance of the chefs you prepare a pitcher of the signature sangria, then cook your paella step by step and eat it alongside a selection of cold cuts. You leave with a certificate and a photo with the chef and the paella pan. Classes run from 6pm to 8pm for groups of 4 to 8, at AED 300 each. Round up your crew.
