Sunset Sessions runs every Wednesday, 5pm to 8pm, curated bites from AED 99 and signature drinks from AED 59, with a DJ on from 5.30pm as the sun drops behind Trade Centre. It is the rooftop's proper evening format rather than a bare happy hour, food and drinks built specifically for the slot rather than just discounted off the regular menu. Good one to catch the transition from daylight to the city lit up. Get there for 5.30 when the DJ starts and the whole rooftop shifts gear.
