Ten until two on the High Society rooftop at The Lana: float in the infinity pool, sunbathe, or find shade under a private cabana with the Burj Khalifa on the skyline. The day pass is AED 500 Monday to Friday and AED 700 at weekends, and AED 150 of it comes back as food and drinks. Jean Imbert's à la carte menu starts at midday, so lunch by the water is part of the plan. Guests must be 12 or over. Arrive for ten and use all four hours.
