Brunch after dark. Every Friday from 8pm, Asia Asia Palm runs the Spice Route as an evening sitting, four courses of Pan-Asian favourites with unlimited drinks and the skyline lit up from the Burj Khalifa across to Atlantis and the Marina. It is the same award-winning brunch, just with the lights on and a very different mood. Get a group together and start the weekend properly.
